Problem syncing files to new computer

I recently moved my files onto a new MacBook and have had problems syncing my Zotero library. I followed all the steps indicated here:

But still no dice.

    1) Make sure you're using Zotero 5.0 on all computers. While syncing between the two generally works, syncing with Zotero 4.0 at the exact same time can cause 5.0 syncs to fail.

    2) You're at your file sync quota. You can increase it from the storage settings (which will simply adjust your expiration date forward).
