Zotero citation tool bar shortly appears and then disappears

I'm using Word 2016 version 16.8 and Zotero 5.0.32.
I just upgraded both of them to the current version.
I have Zotero plug-in in my word and icons that I can click to get access Zotero citation manager. But, the problem is, whenever I try to add in citations through clicking the Zotero plug-in, the search bar shortly appears and then disappears. So, I cannot add any

We've had lots of people with problems using Word "Insider" track releases. Downgrade to the stable (15.41) release

Zotero is fine, you only downgrade Word. See bwiernik's comment here: https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/297393/#Comment_297393
