Upgrade Storagezotero disappeared after the update of firefox

I am argani hind PhD student, I am trying to solve the problem of missing zotéro after a Firefox update. I am worried because of this, especially since I am in a critical state, I have to write my thesis in the shortest time and I counted on this software to store my database which I lost time to organize it . Please help me to pull out of this dilemma.

or even shorter, just install zotero from zotero.org/download (you should have received a notification about this in Firefox)
I thank you very much for your answer, I just installed Zotero 5.0 for Windows and the Zotero Connector for Firefox but I can not recover my database that I find his prints on the C disk of my PC. i don't know what to do.thanks for your understanding.
