Zotero 5.0 Word 2016 connect problem

Hello,

I just change mi Word version and can't link zotero to word. I follow instructions from this web site (copy file zotero.dotm) and in Word it appear "Zotero" but if a clik they say to me "Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again."
Even if my Zotero si open.

Someone can help me ?

    Which Word version exactly, which operating system?

    Try updating to the most recent version, 15.40, though I don't think that should make a difference.

    Then check if in Zotero under Tools --> Add-ons, Zotero Word for Mac Integration is listed and enabled. If it's disabled, enable it.

    Hi, he say to me "Disabled" I can pick in "Remove" but don't have other options because it say "Zotero Word for Mac Integration is incompatible with Zotero 5.0.30

    OK, then remove and restart Zotero, that should fix it.
