Chrome Zotero Plug-in not working on New York times, others

I am trying to cite this article (among others) from the New York Times, but it is just giving me a grey page with no meta data

The same goes for any article from the Times however

First update to version 5.0.30 of the Zotero Connector from the Chrome Extensions pane if you don't yet have it — we just pushed out a new version a few minutes ago that fixes a few things.
If it still doesn't work with that:
1) Provide a
Report ID
from the connector
2) Follow these steps:
Troubleshooting Translator Errors

Register
to comment.
Upload image file with the file dialog or by dragging and dropping images onto the dashed region
Select a file
Close
Ok
Upgrade Storage
The same goes for any article from the Times however
If it still doesn't work with that:
