Zotero Connector doesn't save anything

I'm trying to save a few articles from arXiv and the Zotero Connector button doesn't do anything. Nothing happens. I updated to Zotero 5.0 and Connector 5.0.29 and it still doesn't do anything.

No, it's not working either. The button's appearance does change, however.

That's just it, literally nothing happens. I click the Zotero Icon and nothing.

I just ran through the items, reset translators, checked cookies are enabled, everything up to date, etc. Nothing seems to have worked.

And that's with all other add-ons disabled?

Could we get a debug ID from the Connector (different from an error report ID) for trying to save the Worldcat article?

yeah, that looks weird. What do you have under Proxies in the Chrome connector preferences? If automatically recognize & redirect is enabled, could you try disabling and see if that changes anything?

I don't have anything configured under the proxies. Disabling proxies does not seem to have worked either, although some message shows up in the bottom of Chrome's window, saying MathJax or something like that.

It looks like you have an invalid proxy entry, even if it's not showing up.

This should be fixed in the next version of the Chrome connector, 5.0.30, available in a few minutes.

But if you don't mind, can you go to Advanced pane of the Zotero preferences, click Config Editor, click through the warning, and then copy the value for proxies.proxies and paste it here (or email to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread if there's anything you don't want to share)? You can then click Reset next to that line and restart Chrome and this should go away without needing to wait for the next version.

OK, yeah, that will be fixed when you upgrade to version 5.0.30 of the connector, and you can fix it now by clicking Reset.
