Upgrade StorageError - Zotero closing Word unexpectedly

At the first opening of Zotero an error appeared. I reopened Zotero and apparently it was ok. Than I tried to insert a reference in my docx : I had an error message from Zotero and all the word documents was closed unexpectedly.

The message of error : "Word closed unexpectedly".
I tried to update zotero, but the error reappears.
