"Does not interface well with our access service providers," says university library. True?

I'd like to use Zotero with a research course I teach next semester. As I investigate, I've heard from one of our university librarians that "the integration between Zotero and Ebsco is problematic and might give my students problems." Has anyone else found this to be true? And, if it is a common experience, is there a work-around?

Thanks!
  • There use to be problems with EBSCO. It's consistently working for me and I haven't seen an error report related to EBSCO for many months and it's a commonly used database
  • Thanks. A tekkie friend also responded with the same idea. He assured me Zotero was responsive and relatively quick at fixing problems. Great to hear!
