ISBN Lookup Failed

Hi. the ISBN lookup feature isn't working for me. I saw some forum entries from 2011, but I don't know how they were able to get the error report codes. So far, every time I put the ISBN, either just the number, or with and ISBN the following message appears;

"Zotero could not find a record for the specified identifier. Please verify the identifier and try again."

the ISBN I entered is ISBN 1-930789-04-1

I could search for this book on google, but I hoped that the lookup feature would make entering the data much easier for me.

Can you provide a Debug ID for a lookup attempt that fails?

But if you're trying from an institutional network and this is a laptop, try off that network. We've seen cases where WorldCat returns an invalid webpage for queries on a university network (seemingly tied to some institutional feature gone awry).

I was using my laptop at my workplace when I first attempted to use the lookup function. Now that I'm at home, the same problem still persists. I just upgraded to High Sierra on my mac yesterday (if this info helps)
