How to add a new item of type 'dataset' or 'database'?

I can't find the way to add a dataset item; for example: https://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets/arrhythmia, and to my thesis it's important to cite the database owners (authors).
Help me, please!

Choose Document as the item type. Add this to Extra:
type: dataset
