This is constant to all my references, somehow zotero does not write out the full description of the publication not sure if this is a setting issue or not.
IEEE is supposed to abbreviate journal titles -- that's what the IEEE manual prescribes. I guess I'm not sure if you're trying to create a specific citation or if you just happened upon IEEE?
