Can't get Zotero to work in Word 2015 for Mac

I followed all the directions. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

Zotero.dotm is checked under Global Templates and Add-ins.

Any idea? Can I add an image in here somehow?

I am having the same problem, I am using Word 15.15, I have followed all of the trouble shooting steps.Zotero.dotm is checked under Global Templates and Add-ins

same answer, though -- you need to be on the most recent Word version, 15.39. Versions before 15.38 had all sorts of things related to add-ons broken.

You should always be running the most recent versions of Word and Zotero, regardless of whether that is explicitly stated somewhere.
