Zotero problems

I can´t insert any citations. I´m logged in, I have Zotero open on Mozilla, I have my Word document, I think Zotero is installed correctly, but nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

What exactly happens when you try to insert a citation? What versions of Word and Zotero?
