Connexion WORD 2016 ZOTERO sur Mac

Bonjour,

je souhaite insérer des citations sur mon document WORD 2016. Le message suivant apparaît : "Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero or Firefox is open and try again."

Comment résoudre ce problème ?

    To ask the obvious question, do you have the Zotero program open? If yes, can you try to restart your computer, then try again? If that doesn't work, let me know.
