Hi,

My Biblio is available but all my collections disappeared. I tried to synchronize, but it doesn't works.
My collections appear only on zotero web page and one PC computer, but not in the pluggin.

    Do you see "My Library" at the left? If not, you probably just have your left-hand pane collapsed. You can uncollapse it by clicking and dragging from the left.

    Yes i see it, the problem is that i can't click on the arrows to "open" the library and see my collections...

    Meaning there is no arrow or you can't click it? You have tried to actually click the arrow, right? Not just the "My Library" icon?

    Since collection information is synced at the same time as item information, this is almost certainly purely a display issue, so it's not about trying to get your collection info to sync correctly, but to get it to display correctly.

    I assume you've tried restarting?
