File Synch Error Urgent

We have restarted our PC, Zotero, and Chrome several times and keep getting an error message telling us that there is a problem synching the standalone to the online version. We just paid for unlimited online storage so we could specifically synch up our PDF files online in order to create a group, and yet we cannot synch up the files.
