Absence of "Zotero Tool bar" in Firefox

Since my the Zotero tool bar has disapeared in my Firefox browser since few days, i have downloaded Zotero for Firefox once again. But, the Zotero tool bar is still missing.

Do anyone knows how to solve this problem ?

    Make sure you're using Firefox 53, not 54 Beta.

    I use 45.9.0;
    Firefox Extended Support Release ESR: April 19, 2017

    Does it mean that i use the correct version ?

    That's OK, though if possible you should upgrade to the new ESR version, 52, since 45 will be discontinued shortly. But you can start with the steps in the linked page.

    You can also switch to Zotero Standalone and the Firefox connector available from the download page (which will be the only configuration starting with the upcoming Zotero 5.0), though you'll have to upgrade to Firefox 52 to install the connector.

    I have upgraded firefox to 53.0.3 (32-bit)
    ... and i have no "Z" tool bar on my firefox browser.

    So i installed Chrome and same problem. No Zotero tool bar.

    Sorry, but i am a bit confused on the way to tackle this problem.

    I found a way finally through add-ons manager. Zotero was desactivated
