Upgrade Storagesync fails half way in

PC fails in china. Replace disc, install windows 8 and current zotero desktop (about gives no information). Browsing results of sync suggests most stuff in. But green progress bar halts one third along and gives above error. Tried several times. Restarted machine and zotero.
