Upgrade StorageReaching Zotero File Storage quota, but not really
I am getting an error message in the standalone (on a Mac) that reads:
The group '___' has reached its Zotero File Storage quota. Some files were not uploaded. Other Zotero data will continue to sync to the server.
The group owner can increase the group's storage capacity from the storage settings section on zotero.org.

I am only using 4.1% of storage capacity after deleting several files yesterday. I have several files in another group library that won't sync and I can't access because of this issue. I'd love some help working this out. Thank you!

adamsmithGroup storage counts (only) towards the owner's storage quota. Presumably you're not the owner of that group. Contact them.

adamsmith@danstillman -- does file sync actually stop for all groups if storage is full in one of them?

dstillmanPossible it does in 4.0. It shouldn't in 5.0.
