Error syncing my firefox zotero plugin with my account library.
When I pull up the Zotero plugin on my Firefox browser, it has an empty library (save for two items: "New Tab" and "Zotero Quick Start Guide." My account library still exists, but I can't get it to show up on the plugin ... only on the Zotero website when I log in.
Also, when I try to add citations using the Word Plugin in Microsoft Word, it doesn't have my references available - I think because neither the Firefox plugin or Word Plugin seems to be synced with my Zotero account properly. How do I fix this?

If it's still not working, I'd recommend just restarting your computer and trying again.
