Zotero has been disabled in FF 52.0.1

today, I had to relaunch FF because it was getting slow, but I missed the point that it was at the same time FF would not accept Zotero any more.
so bang! Zotero was running only locally.
how to get back my collection?

thanks a lot dstillman for the link.

as far as I can see the profile restore procedure assumes Zotero being installed again, which seems not possible any more, as FF does not accept it.
FF has just disabled Zotero, so what does it have to do with profiles?

I might be wrong however
besides this, could I install standalone and import plugin-data?

Meaning what? What's the exact message you're getting?

Zotero is certainly compatible with Firefox 52.

And I thought you were saying that you performed a Firefox reset, prompted by Firefox being slow. If that's not the case, you can ignore the link.

ZOTERO IS BACK AGAIN !

(sometimes, I leave FF open while putting my PC to sleep... )
what happened:
FF :about:addons

"by the next launch of FF, Zotero will be disabled"

I accidentally closed FF (just because I had too many windows open (slow)) without saving Zotero content

for the following 24hs, Zotero was disabled.
But today FF said:

by the next launch of FF, Zotero will be activated"

so all is well again, thanks for your time - will be more careful saving my stuff
