zotero and Word citations in a single document

I've been writing a chapter of a document, using Zotero for citations.
The document will be shared with other chapter authors & the editor who use Word for citations & the bibliography.
How can my citations be merged with Word's, or exported to Word's format?

They can't. Your co-authors need to use Zotero as well. If that is not possible, your co-authors should just insert the citations as plain text and provide you with a list of the references they used. Then you can insert all of the references from Zotero at the end.
