Sync fails when using automatic proxy configuration

Reported the error as: 1191721641
Unfortunately, the automatic configuration file (wpad.dat) aka proxy.pac is downloaded rather than the actual sync data...
Running on Firefox 52.0.1

Looks like the PAC file is invalid. You should speak to your IT folks.
