Upgrade StorageRequest for help with re-installation of Zotero Addin for Microsoft Word 2010 Professional
Hi!,
Today I updated my Firefox and had to re-install Zotero and sync with the Zotero Server. However, when I went to Microsoft Word 2010 in order to add my references in my research paper I am getting this response:
" Zotero could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Please ensure that the appropriate extension is installed and try again."

I do not think I have that. May you kindly advise how I can have the Zotero Word add-on installed in Firefox??
