Syncing issue

Hello,
I am using Zotero (via Firefox) on two MacBooks. One of them successfully syncs with Zotero, but the other one does not do so anymore. The sync arrow just keeps on spinning.
Could you help me?

    You have nothing queued on the server right now. Is it spinning currently? If so, restart it and post again if it still keeps spinning.

    OK, so you have a queued full download now. Give it time to finish, and if it freezes temporarily while processing, don't force-quit it. (This won't happen in the upcoming Zotero 5.0.)
