Constant Error on Zotero

I've been getting an error on the programme for the last few weeks. It is not showing me my saved references on the program. I have submitted an error report

Every time I open Zotero Stand Alone, the software prompts the message "An error has occurred. Please restart Zotero." Even after restarting the problem still persists.
  • Start by checking your database integrity from the Advanced → Files and Folders pane of the Zotero preferences.

    If that doesn't find any problems, does this go away you if temporarily disable auto-sync in the Sync pane of the preferences?
