Group member folders not visable

Hello!
I recently created three new Zotero groups for each of the courses I teach. As of a couple days ago, I can no longer see each member's folder. My students also can no longer see their own folder within the group they were assigned. I have clicked on the triangle, so I know each of the folders are open. They just appear to be empty. Only the trash can shows up. I can see that a few documents were added when I initially set up the folders, but our research is now put on hold until each student's folder shows back up.

Any ideas why their folders vanished, or I can fix this?

  • They don't show up in the version of the library on the website, either?
    In that case, most likely someone deleted them, I'm afraid.
  • No, they don't. I've tried looking in the standalone and web versions. All the students are still enrolled, but the folders are gone.
  • I don't know if @dstillman has a way of checking when collections got removed, but that's almost certainly what happened here. They don't just disappear.
