Storage capacity

Hi there, I recently received the message that I have reached my storage quota, however even after deleting a huge amount of data and restarting my computer I get the same message with only a third of what I previously had stored?? Help please as I am in the middle of an assgn and need it to be working AOK! Thanks :) Jess

The quota is only for file syncing (not the item metadata). If you don't need that, you can turn it off in the preferences (turn off file syncing, not syncing in general).

The continuing quota limit being hit is probably due to the items being in the Trash. Right click on the trash and empty it.
