Upgrade Storagepdf's not loading

Articles are listed in my Groups library, but the pdf is not loading. The error message reads "the attached file could not be found. It may have been moved or deleted outside of Zotero" I have tried synching several times but still receive the error. Help!

(i.e. make sure they're available on the server in the first place, if that's the case, check for a sync error on your side, if there's none, reset the file sync history -- absolutely don't use any of the other reset options, though)
