PROBLEMS TO SAVE an article from Pubmed

I'm using Zotero Standalone. When I try to save an article from Pubmed , the software saves it in a new library opened under firefox page, but not in my personal library. The problem is that Word connects only with my personal library so I cannot add the citation in my text. I upgraded and registerd to both softwares ( Firefox and Zotero) but the problem remains. Could someone help me, please? Thank you Cristina
