Cant move the Application window on a Mac?

When opening Zotero, on a MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Early 2013) running mac OS Sierra Verion 10.12.2, I can't drag the window to different location. Why?

Most likely you have a very outdated version of Zotero. This was fixed last September.

Thank you for your feedback. It's working fine, I can move the Zotero window around, but when I am using Juris-M I can't. I assume Juris-M is not your product! Once again thank you for your prompt reply and support.
