Library not syncing

My Windows Standalone Zotero doesn't seem to want to sync so I can't access my Library from the website. It takes a long time saying logging in to sync server, then pops up with a red ! saying "Error connecting to server. Check your internet connection". I am connected via Ethernet and definitely have internet as I'm posting this right now...

Please help!
  • It looks like you synced a few hours ago. Was that from a different computer?
  • If so, check your system proxy settings on this computer to make sure they're correct (if you're using a proxy) or disabled (if you're not). Security software on the system could also interfere, so you could try temporarily disabling that.
  • Yep it was from my laptop rather than the university desktop I was using. Worked out the security settings on the Ethernet internet I was using wasn't allowing me to sync. Thanks :)
