Server Updates and My Files

- How often are the servers updated?
- When the servers are being maintained, am I notified - do I have access to my files?
- What if anything is offered in terms of file security?
- What happens if Zotero were to lose my files?

    Dan may have answers for some of these, but something like "what is offered in terms of file security" is likely too general a question for a helpful answers, so you may want to specify what exactly you're after.

    You are aware, though, that Zotero is a cloud _syncing_ service, not a cloud service? i.e. with normal use all data will always exists locally (and that's the preferred place from which you should create backups).
