I install Zotero (at first time) with firefox and get the add on in my word document. But if I want to create a citation, i get a error.
I got also a error in Zotero with the ID: 1867543412

This is most probably an issue with 64-bit firefox. You should either install 32-bit firefox or get Zotero Standalone.
