cannot citate in word

Error number: 1175484359

although the word plug in of zotero is installed and is visible in word, I cannot add citations or open anything of the zotero toolbar in word(2010, Microsoft)

maybe somebody has the same iussue

So you get no response at all, right? Not some error?

exactly , no error message at all. I see the plugin in word and can click on the buttons, but no citation window appears.
I run through the things listed in the troubleshooting, but the problem remained
