Exporting folder with attachments - process does not stop

Dear community members,

I want to export two folders (one group library folder; one from my own library) onto my desktop. Both folders contain pdfs which I want to export as well.
I have started the process with the group library folder by right clicking on the folder - the process is ongoing since two hours now and it only shows me a progress bar saying "Exporting items"...
Is it normal that it takes hours? If not, how can I export folders in a faster way with keeping the pdfs?
(I have bought extra storage space.)

That may explain why my import process hung in a similar way - something I posted about. I was asked to include the error message which I did (search APPCRASH to find it). I've not heard anything back.

I don't see another thread under your name and APPCRASH is too common to be helpful as a search term. If you post again in your original thread, that'd get it renewed attention.
