Manage Attachement / Annotation Extraction

I recently installed Zotero standalone and Firefox extensions along with Zotfile running on Windows 10. I'd just begun to build out my library when I realized that there is no "Manage Attachments" option when I right-click an annotated .pdf so that I may extract annotations (Feature show in the YouTube at 7:30 min mark: http://bit.ly/28XKRrp).

Where might I enable this feature or perhaps what might I have done to disable it?

    you need ZotFile installed in Standalone, too, not just in Firefox.

    Right-click on the Zotero item itself, not the PDF. Also, be sure that Zotfile is installed in both Zotero Standalone and Zotero Firefox.
