impossible to synchronize my library with zotero server

I have just finish to to register myself to zotero server. When i try to synchronise my library with zotero server, it answer that it is impossible. The systeme propose me to send error report , I do it and this number ( 557556829) is send, to be my report ID.

Start by temporarily disabling your other Firefox extensions, and if that doesn't help any security software you're running. Something appears to be interfering with the Zotero network requests.
