files not syncing between computers in a group library

Files from computer A are not syncing to my computer (computer "B"). The files open on computer A, but not computer B. When I try to open the saved files on computer B, I receive an error message that the file cannot be located. I have performed the troubleshooting steps found here on computers A and B: https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing

I have generated the debug ID for the sync attempt:

The Debug ID is D617161689.
  • That seems to show a file sync that's still in progress, and it doesn't include an attempt to open the file in question at the end.
  • I followed the instructions on generating a debug report. Can I get some further instructions on what to do next in the troubleshooting process to fix this problem?
  • You need to wait until the action completes before submitting the report, and you need to include an attempt to open the file, as explained in the Files Not Syncing instructions.
