Incorrect Footnote Display Word

When I try and reference in word the footnote is displayed in full code starting with {ADDIN ZOTERO_ITEM CSL_CITATION {"citationID":"QxLi3BMf", and so on. I was wondering if anyone knows how I can solve this problem?
