Word could not communicate with Zotero

I download Zotero Standalone for Chrome. When I try to use into word (Office 2013 pro), I get the message "Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero or Firefox is open and try again."If I use Chrome (Zotero doesn't work with Edge grr)

I was able to find in the troubleshooting or other forums has worked. I am using Word 2013 pro. Running Windows 10. Anything to do please?

    just to be clear -- there is no "Zotero Standalone for Chrome". There is Zotero Standalone, and there is the Zotero Chrome connector.

    The Chrome connector has nothing to do with Word integration (nor has Chrome). So for this to work you'd have to have Zotero Standalone running when you try this. Is that the case?

    Oh, ok thank you, I'm french speaking and I miss this information in the manual. Geee! Simple I forget to open Zotero Standalone. I surf with Chrome, I see the smal icon top right, now it's working with word.
