Upgrade Storage"Word could not communicate with Zotero"
When I try to enter a citation into word, I get the message "Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero or Firefox is open and try again."If I close Zotero standalone but leave Firefox open, it works. But of course I would like to be able to look at my library while I am writing in Word.
Nothing I was able to find in the troubleshooting or other forums has worked. I am using Word 2016 that I downloaded from my campus computer store. Tried reinstalling the add-in a number of times and restarting the computer. Running OS X 10.11.3.

nalongWell. I just deleted and re-installed zotero standalone and now it appears to be working.
