sync problems

Whenever I opened zotero and it automatically synced the green arrow would spin for a minute and then it would kinda gray out and a box pops up saying "processing updated data from sync server" with a status bar. Pretty much simultaneously with that box popping up firefox freezes and tells me it is no longer responding. I Turned off auto sync and it lets me run the zotero extension but anytime I try to sync my libraries it still freezes firefox. It is doing this on two different computers. Any help to allow me to use zotero again and sync my libraries would be great.

    How long have you let it run after freezing? Might be good to give it a chance to fully sync once, which may freeze FF for a while. Try for 1h if possible.

    ok Ill give a go now and see what happens in the next hour or so
