Can't Stop Downloading PDFs

I'm using Zotero 4.0 with Mac 10.11.3 and Chrome 48.0.2564.103 (64-bit).

I disabled saving PDFs because I do not use Zotero to manage my PDFs. Despite this choice, whenever I save a citation with the Chrome plug-in Zotero will save the PDF.

How can I stop this?

Disabling that option works for me.

What's a URL where this is happening? Also, can you provide a Report ID from Zotero?

I think the problem went away after restarting Zotero. It was strange because I have kept the save PDF option turned off from the beginning and yet today it downloaded PDFs twice.

It was perhaps just a small glitch that was fixed with a Zotero-restart.
