I just logged in my account on my computer after a format and I tried to sync. my library from the account and i haven't found the complete data; I lost some important references. In addition, I have all my backups on my USB storage as an exported library but without Zotero.sqlite. Can some one help me to solve this problem please.

Are the references online when you click on "My Library" on this page?

If not, one way may be to re-import the exported file and only keep the items that _aren't_ already in the library, depending on how easy they're to identify. Generally, exports aren't great as backups (they'll break Word docs, syncing, e.g.), so rely on that as little as possible.
