Upgrade StorageQuick copy of bibliographic information doesn't work

Hello,
When I want to make a quick copy of a reference by drag and drop it in Word, it doesn't work. My version of Zotero is 4.0.28.7 and my Firefox is 42.0
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start zotero in the navigator
2. Open Microsoft Word
3. Drag and drop one reference from Zotero to Word
No message appears, no bibliographic reference appears. Just a little symbol "prohibited" appears when I drag the reference.
