Cannot export my library

I have always exported my library from the pc at work from my pc at home (they both have the same version of zotero). Recently, zotero in my home pc cannot load the exported library from my work pc. I think it is a problem in the saving process. I tried to re-install zotero in my work pc but it didn't help.

Could I ask first why you're using export that much? That's not a good way to move your library:
