Standalone identifier tool not working

Just downloaded zotero to new work computer (Windows), added the Chrome extension, and was able to get all my old libraries imported into the standalone app.

But the identifier tool does not work for any type of search: pubmed ID, DOI, ISBN, etc. It worked on my old computer (a mac).

Translator and styles are up to date.

Also, chrome is reporting the following zotero errors (not sure if this is relate since my problem is with the standalone app):

Sorry, just figured out how to submit errors in standalone (not the chrome extension).

Could you actually provide a Debug ID (different from a Report ID) from Standalone for an attempt that fails?

Do you see some XML code with the results?

The PubMed servers are often down, but that PMID is working for me.
