Upgrade StorageDownloading Zotero for Firefox
I get the following message when trying to install Zotero on my recently reimaged laptop:
"Zotero could not be installed because it is not compatible with Firefox 13.0"
I was able to install the standalone but no Zotero icons appear to allow me to save a citation.

adamsmithFirefox 13 is several years old, a security risk, and Zotero is indeed not compatible with it. Update your browser (you should be on Firefox 40).
