View the certificate information. The process to do this varies by browser:
In Firefox, click the padlock icon and look at the “Verified by:” line. For full information, click More Information → View Certificate and look at the details under Issued To, Issued By, and Validity. J'ai donc vérifié certificat et il n'est pas mentionné dans la validité: geo trus tinc ou rapid ssl comme vous l'envisagez. Comment résoudre ce problème ? est-ce la cause de mon impossibilité à activer le plug in word alors que j'ai la barre de citations zotero dans ma page word, dès que je veux essayr une citation j'ai le message: Zotero could not load the component required to communicate with your word processor. Not sure if that's the problem with the Word add-on, but it might be, so after you've fixed that and made sure the security certificate is intalling correctly, download the word processor add-on and (re-)install it:
